Aircon, washing machine, TV (with some UK channels), terrace furniture, beautifully furnished, private parking.  Athough a car is recommended the large terrace gives you enough space to dine, sunbath or take in the scenery and the pools with childrens pool means that you can relax on site.

It is 5 mins drive to Sabinillas and 10 minutes to Estepona.  Puerto Duquesa is 7 minutes by car so within a 10 minute drive you have a variety of bars/shops/restaurants to choose from. Duquesa has a mulitiude of bars and restaurants whereas Sabinillas still has its Spanish appeal with great fish restaurants and tapas bars.  Estepona's nightlife is up and coming with a buzzing nightclub in town and many bars to try on route!
