Long Term Rentals
All our long term rental properties are maintained to the highest standard. As a tennant you have a 24hr emergency phone number in case of any household emergencies and we are available via email or telephone during office hours 10.00 - 18.00 hrs Mon - Fri. We are also available via SMS texts and emails Saturdays and Sundays so you can contact us as soon as a problem arises.
As a porperty owner you have the reassurance that your property is looked after as we insist on quarterly checks of the property to ensure that the property is well maintained.

In the many years that we have been using LMK we have found you to be totally reliable and able to sort out problems at short notice. The services that are provided (Cleaning & washing) are of an excellent quality and reflect good value for money. In short it is a great comfort to us to know that we have someone of high calibre close to our apartment keeping an eye on things in our absence.
