A stairway leads up to the roof terrace which has fantastic views and is great for sun bathing this also has a BBQ area.

The complex has street parking. Opposite the house you will find the tennis courts, during the summer months Casares council provide beach activities including cinema on the beach, petanca (spanish bowling) and various events. There is a beach bar within a few minutes walk - open until late in the summer months. There are also three other beach bars within walking distance. There are 4 swimming pools within Marina de Casares, the closest one is a few minutes walk. This complex also has a cafe / bar within it and a small grocery shop. There is also a taxi rank.

Walking along the beach you will reach the neighbouring town of Sabinillas within a few minutes, the promenade in Sabinillas is great for a stroll stopping off a several cafes and bars on route. At the far end of Sabinillas is a great childrens play ground. You will also find many supermarkets in Sabinillas. Sabinillas is tranditionally a fishing village and you can still see the fishermen with their catch early in the morning.

Slightly further down you will come to the Port of Duquesa - this is a picturesque Marina surrounded by many more bars and restaurants. Estepona is a larger town and is approx 10 minutes by car - this also has beautiful beaches and is definitely worth an explore. This area is a good place to form a base if you wish to explore some of the magnificent sights that Andalucia has to offer.

If you are a golf enthusiast than this is a great place as there are literally over 60 courses within an hours drive! Doña Julia is worth a visit and they hire out golf clubs for approx 20 euros a day.
