This apartment is on the fourth floor of this five storey Moorish building built to a high specification. Lifts are available to all floors and the building and surrounding area is wheelchair friendly. It has 4 swimming pools and a number of sunbathing areas. The apartment is on the more secluded side of the development and overlooks 2 of the smaller pools and then out to the Mediterranean.

The living room is light and spacious, it has a flat screen TV, DVD player and music system. The kitchen is light and a utility room houses the washing machine. The twin room has two single beds, a chest of drawers and fitted wardrobes. In the hallway there is a shower room with walk in shower, toilet and sink. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. You will also find fitted wardrobes, a dressing area and a safe in the master bedroom.

The terrace has dining furniture and two loungers so you can relax and enjoy the fantastic sunset. The complex is ideally situated for walking into either Puerto de la Duquesa or Sabinillas so there is plenty of places, bars and restaurants to visit without the need of a car.

From the terrace you can see two of the four swimming pools. On site there are also two paddle tennis courts, a fitness room, sauna and toilets. There is direct access to the beach from a gate which is only opened via a key - keeping the complex secure is a top priority.

From the complex it is literally a two minute walk into Duquesa Marina which has many bars and restaurants.

Duquesa is midway between Gibraltar and Marbella on the Costa del Sol - famous for its 320 days of sunshine a year. Africa can be seen from the miles of golden sandy beaches.

It is within a stone's throw of the local (European Blue Flag awarded) sandy beach. The shops, restaurants and bars of Duquesa port are within 100 meters and Duquesa golf is only 250 meters away. Sabinillas, an authentic Spanish coastal village is just 5 minutes walk away along the beach or promenade. Journey time to Malaga airport is some 50 minutes and Gibraltar airport is just 30 minutes.

If you fancy a game of golf whilst on holiday we can now offer golf clubs for hire, there are amazingly 60 golf courses within an hours drive of Duquesa so you can´t say there isn´t much choice!! If golf is not your thing then there are a couple of SPA´s close by if you fancy a day of pampering. There is also a company which operates bus tours from Duquesa to several major cities worthy of visiting including Granada where you will find the famous Alhambra Castle - definitely worth a visit. Marbella is only 35 minutes away, there is also Puerto Banus with its designer shops, fancy boats and normally a celebrity or two soaking up the sun.
