This is a beautifully furnished penthouse apartment in Marina de la Duquesa. The apartment is south-west facing so benefits a sun terrace. The views are amazing, you can dine el fresco or relax and soak up the rays whilst taking in the views of the wonderful Mediterranean Sea.

The apartment has air conditioning and heating, has marble floors throughout and has a designated parking space in the underground car park beneath the block. A lift takes you straight from the car park direct to the apartment. The apartment is on the 5th floor.

The living room is modern with a leather sofa which turns into an extra bed. There is a flat screen TV which receives SKY free to view channels, there is a DVD player, music system and dining area. There is a shower room with a walk in shower, sink and toilet. The twin room has two single beds and fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a bath and shower above. It also has fitted wardrobes and a dressing area.

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, microwave, cafetier, toaster, oven, hob and the separate utility area houses the washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is plenty of kitchenware and crockery, In fact all you need bring are your own beach towels, everything else is provided for. If you are travelling with a large family or friends this apartment can sleep 6 and the three bed apartment right next door can sleep 8 so perfect for having everyone in the same place!

From the terrace you can see two of the four swimming pools. On site there are also two paddle tennis courts, a fitness room, sauna and toilets. There is direct access to the beach from a gate which is only opened via a key - keeping the complex secure is a top priority.

From the complex it is literally a two minute walk into Duquesa Marina which has many bars and restaurants.

There are 60 golf courses within an hours drive of Puerto de la Duquesa so if you are a keen golfer this is the perfect base. If you fancy a game of golf whilst you are here we can now offer golf clubs for hire! Very reasonable rates and golf balls and tees for free!! We can also pre-book your golf for you so you can play at the course you want at the time you want.

Travelling late at night - don´t worry about not being able to shop - we can also do a basic shop on your behalf which will be in the apartment for your arrival. We meet all our guests at the complex so we can show you around, answer any questions you may have and hand over the keys.

The area is great to explore. The beaches are blue flag and you will find many a family pitching up on the beach for the whole day, enjoying the warm sea. There are a few restaurants which now have loungers on the beach and will serve drinks and food while you relax and enjoy your holiday.
