The apartment is fully equipped. There is plenty of wardrobe space as the hallway between the living and bathroom area has wall to wall wardrobes. The apartment has air conditioning and heating. It also benefits from SKY free to view TV stations and a DVD player. The kitchen is enclosed and is fitted with a ceramic hob with 4 rings, full oven, fridge freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. There is a separate utility room which houses a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The bathroom has a bath with a shower over it.

As you exit the apartment there is a lift which takes you to the ground floor where you will find one of the two swimming pools on the complex. This pool area has a grass surround, palm trees give shade in the hot summer months and you will find sun loungers around the pool which are on a first come, first served basis. There is a second pool on the complex which is on the second floor and has a great view of the Mediterranean.

There is also a doorway from the ground floor which leads directly to the marina. Here you will find a multitude of bars and restaurants from Spanish, Italian, Chinese, Indian, something for even the fussiest of taste buds. There are also plenty of friendly bars.

Want to practice your Spanish, then venture into the centre of Sabinillas or Estepona. Un cafe con leche or una cerveza perhaps.

Local Area

Gibraltar is only 30 minutes by car, see the monkeys on the rock and visit the local museum for the full history of the Rock. Cheap perfume and tobacco but remember your limits when crossing the border. For the children there is a great play park in Sabinillas and also Selwo Adventure park at Estepona. Here you will find a variety of animals from elephants to bats and you can take a trip on the safari trucks or walk across rope bridges! Good family fun.

Marbella is only 35 minutes East as is Puerto Banus, good restaurants & designer shops, keep a look out for the stars!
