This two bedroomed apartment in Marina de la Duquesa is in block 10 and you simply can´t get better views of the Mediterranean from this fantastic terrace. The apartment has air conditioning and heating and there is a designated parking bay in a secure underground car park beneath the apartment block. The living room has a TV with SKY free to view channels, a DVD player with a selection of modern DVD´s. The living/dining area is very spacious and has been designed so that whilst you are seated you look out of the large windows to take in the views.

As you enter the apartment there is a hallway with mirror and side table, in one direction you have the kitchen and living room and in the other the two bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped and also has a kitchen table for breakfasting. The kitchen has dishwasher, oven, hob, extractor fan, fridge, freezer, toaster, cafetier, and is equipped with plenty of crockery and utensils. The utility room houses the washing machine, iron and ironing board.

There is an additional toilet in the hallway and both bedrooms benefit ensuite bathrooms. There are fitted wardrobes in both bedrooms.

From the terrace you can see two of the four swimming pools. On site there are also two paddle tennis courts, a fitness room, sauna and toilets. There is direct access to the beach from a gate which is only opened via a key - keeping the complex secure is a top priority.

From the complex it is literally a two minute walk into Duquesa Marina which has many bars and restaurants.

If you walk right along the promenade from Marina de la Duquesa you will come to the local town of Sabinillas. Traditionally a fishing village you can still see the fisherman bringing in the catch early on a morning. Along the promenade you will find a few really good Spanish restaurants and their specialities are always good fish dishes. There are a number of supermarkets in Sabinillas.

The beaches are blue flag and you will find many a family pitching up on the beach for the whole day. There are a few restaurants which now have loungers on the beach and will serve drinks and food while you relax and enjoy your holiday.

Slightly further afield is Estepona, a local town with more shops and also a very nice promenade to stroll down, this town is 10 minutes by car. Marbella is only 35/40 minute drive, don´t forget to pop in to Puerto Banus on route and visit Corte Ingles, a huge department store selling everything you can think of! La Canada, in Marbella is an undercover shopping experience which also has a bowling alley and food court. Prefer picturesque scenery then take the train from San Roque to Rhonda and marvel at the sites.
