The decor in this apartment speaks for itself, very stylish yet comfortable. It is exceptionally spacious and has an air of elegance about it. The terrace is fantastic, just what you need to relax and soak up the sun, dine outside purely for the fact that you can! and admire the views across the golf course and down to the sea. The terrace also overlooks the pools so if you don´t fancy taking the lift down to the ground floor and walking down a few steps to the pool you can keep an eye on the family from the terrace. The terrace is south facing so you definitely have plenty of sun to top up that tan. Not all that keen on baking in the sunshine then don´t worry there is also a terrace at the back of the apartment where you can relax in the cool shade.
The complex of Coto Real is situated within walking distance of Sabinillas and Duquesa. It is approx 500m down to Duquesa and 300m to Sabinillas.
The apartment is situated in the first block of the Coto Real complex which is a secure gated complex. It has penthouse status being on the top floor (2nd floor) and it is the only apartment on this floor. It has private parking and a storeroom should you need to keep golf clubs or cases out of the apartment.
The apartment has air conditioning and heating. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, oven and hob, a separate utility room houses the boiler and washing machine. The living room has amazing views from the wall to wall patio doors.

There are two twin room both with single beds which can be pushed together to make a double.

Sabinillas is a short walk away and you will find many supermarkets here. Mercadona is a popular choice as is Supersol for those English products. There are many tapas bars and restaurants in Sabinillas so if you don´t fancy a full meal try some of the local tapas, montaditos are little sandwiches which come with various fillings. Traditionally Sabinillas is a fishing village and you can still see the fisherman bringing in their catch first thing on a morning. They sell their prodcue to the local restaurants so you will find that the fish you order is certainly fresh. If you need something to keep the children amused for a while you will find a large play park in Sabinillas as well as many climbing frames and swings on the beach along the promenade. Don´t be surprised to see the Spanish families out late at night when it is cooler to play.
The beaches in the area are blue flag and many restaurants along the promenade will serve drinks whilst you can relax on the loungers. There is a large Sunday market in Sabinillas at the recinto ferial and also a smaller one but worth the visit at the end of the promenade on a Friday. During the summer months there is night market on a Friday and Saturday evening.
