Set within beautifully landscaped grounds, only thirty per cent of the Casares del Sol complex is allocated to apartments. Five swimming pools are located around the site for the enjoyment of guests within a secure and relaxing environment. You will also find separate childrens paddling pools, all pools are gated for safety.

The apartment is air conditioned and consists of a living room, kitchen, master bedroom with ensuite and a twin room. The living room has a TV with Sky free to view channels and a DVD player. From the living room there are patio doors leading out to a terrace which has a table and chairs to sit and admire the view. This terrace faces south with sea views. From the terrace there is a staircase leading up to a roof terrace which provides ample space to relax and enjoy the climate with the whole family. There is a bbq, dining furniture and sun loungers.

The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, fridge, freezer, oven , hob, and there is an added breakfast bar. The enclosed utility area houses the washing machine. The master bedroom has a dressing area and both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. There is private underground parking.

Casares Golf & Country Club, Dona Julia and Finca Cortesin are within five minutes of the Casares del Sol development. If you would like to play golf we can hire out a set of golf clubs at very reasonable rates.

The complex is only 2 minutes by car to the local beach. There is a beach bar here which serves fantastic local cuisine and is open for most of the year.

The beaches around the area are blue flag.

Estepona is only 10 mins away and is the nearest town. It has a fantastic promenade to stroll along stopping at the many chiringuitos for a tapas or two.

The area is great to explore with many places to visit. Casares village is only 15 minutes away and is a typical Spanish "white" village. Look out for the fiestas and exhibitions taking place. Sabinillas is also on the doorstep, a traditional fishing village, if you come in June make sure you join in the festivities of el noche de San Juan - not to be missed. Sabinillas also has a night market on Fridays and Saturday evenings during the summer months.

With 30/50 minutes drive you have several aqua parks, an animal safari park and many other towns to explore. Marbella is only 35 mins away as is Gibraltar where a tour of the rock is worth the visit. The view from the top of the rock is breathtaking but watch out for the cheeky apes!
