The apartment has air conditioning and heating and there is a designated parking bay in a secure underground car park beneath the apartment block. The living room has leather sofas, a TV with SKY free to view channels, a DVD player. The terrace is south-west facing so has the afternoon sun. This apartment is on the first floor which is actually at ground level when you enter from the main portal entrance.

The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a bath and shower above. There is also a set of drawers with a dressing area and full length mirror. The twin room also has fitted wardrobes. There is a separate shower room with a walk in shower, toilet and sink.

The kitchen has dishwasher, oven, hob, extractor fan, fridge, freezer, toaster, cafetier. The utility room houses the washing machine, iron and ironing board.

If you walk right along the promenade from Marina de la Duquesa you will come to the local town of Sabinillas. Traditionally a fishing village. Along the promenade you will find a few really good Spanish restaurants and their specialities are always good fish dishes. There are a number of supermarkets in Sabinillas. If you are holidaying with a family then worthy of note is the park, although there are plenty of play areas along the beach for the children to play whilst you pop into a local bar or cafe ifor a tipple.

The beaches are blue flag and you will find many a family pitching up on the beach for the whole day, enjoying the warm sea. There are a few restaurants which now have loungers on the beach and will serve drinks and food while you relax and enjoy your holiday.

Gibraltar is only 35 mins by car where the cigarettes and spirits are exceptionally cheap - but be careful of your duty allowance. Take a tour up the Rock - the views at the top are absolutely breathtaking but be aware of the cheeky apes who can pick pocket!
