Situated in Casares Costa this property benefits a rural feel but in actual fact you are only 5 minutes from the beach and a great beach bar which is open most of the year. La Sal, which does great traditional spanish meals including paella. Duquesa is only 5/7 minutes by car and Estepona is 10 minutes by car so you have the best of both worlds, a quiet living experience with bustling Estepona on your doorstep.

This property an ideal base from which to explore the beautiful Andalucian area. There is so much to see and do within easy traveling distance whether it's Golf, Sailing, Water Sports or exploring the beautiful Spanish mountain villages.
