This detached villa is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the fantastic Mediterranean weather. If it gets too hot then simply cool off in the pool Relax by the pool and admire the stunning sea views. The south aspect means it is perfect for sun lovers however you can dine in shade if preferred. The swimming pool is gated so young children can not gain access without adult supervision. There is community SKY tv and this includes the movie channels - Spanish TV is also available. The villa gives you privacy and space yet the proximity to the port of Duquesa means you have the best of both worlds.

As you enter the villa you walk into the dining area which has patio doors leading out to the terrace. The kitchen is to the right, the kitchen is fully equipment with dishwasher, microwave and also has a breakfast bar. A utility room leads from the kitchen which houses the washing machine. The villa has three bedrooms, two are with double bed and the third has 2 single beds with plenty of storage space. The master bedroom also has a patio to the terrace and has sea views. There is also an ensuite bathroom with bath and a walk in shower and outside of this within the bedroom there is also a wash area. The main bathroom also has a bath and separate walk in shower and there is a further WC in the hallway. There is air conditioning.

The villa is immaculately maintained with regular maintenance people ensuring the upkeep of the pool and gardens so all you have to do is to enjoy it!!

Around the corner from the villa you will find Duquesa Courtyard, a picturesque square with a few shops, bar, cafe and restaurant. You can also walk into Duquesa port in approx 15 mins. If you prefer to drive it would take less than 5 minutes in the car to get to the beaches. There is free parking.

Duquesa has more bars, restaurants and also worthy of a visit is Sabinillas.

Traditionally a fishing village you can still see the fisherman bringing in the catch early on a morning. Along the promenade you will find a few really good Spanish restaurants and their specialities are always good fish dishes. There are a number of supermarkets in Sabinillas.

The beaches are blue flag and you will find many a family pitching up on the beach for the whole day. There are a few restaurants which now have loungers on the beach and will serve drinks and food while you relax and enjoy your holiday.

Slightly further afield is Estepona, a local town with more shops and also a very nice promenade to stroll down, this town is 10 minutes by car. Marbella is only 35/40 minute drive, don´t forget to pop in to Puerto Banus on route and visit Corte Ingles, a huge department store selling everything you can think of! La Canada, in Marbella is an undercover shopping experience which also has a bowling alley and food court. Prefer picturesque scenery then take the train from San Roque to Rhonda and marvel at the sites.
